Motivational Monday! March/8/2021

Hello everyone, how is you week going?

Have you motivated yourself daily?

Have you found or created an affirmation/self motivating quote?

Do you have a goals check list for your future to help you stay focused?

My last Motivational Monday(last week March/1/2021) was explaining a little bit about visions boards, have you created one or put anything ideas in place to create one?

What do you feel you are slacking on, or lacking to motivate you? Try focusing on those things.

Set little reminders if you need those in place to help motivate you and give you a specific thing(s) to focus on.

If your list is super long(in your eyes) then pick one thing at a time, give yourself the time you feel you need to get all of them each. Over time you will start to develop a habit of doing the things if you set a reminder/schedule for them. Feel free to do the ones most important to you 1st! Even if it takes you a year or more to have some of them met and or completed, be gentle with yourself and accept that not all things happen over night and that that is okay!

It's okay if you take longer than others, as long as you complete what you have chosen to focus on that positively will motivate you for your future!

Love yourself! It's okay to be a little selfish at times, it will keep you in charge of yourself and what you need. Yes being there for others counts, but what would they(family/children/lover) have if not for you? You MUST make a YOU time! Even if it's only for an hour or 2 a DAY! It's important! You are important, and are worthy of giving yourself some you time daily!

Whatever form of self care you need, take the time each day to have that time!

Have a great week!

Motivation! Hey it's Monday! I've been gone so long!.. Way too long!

Wow, I can't believe I have not posted on here since 2019!

What has happened? Not too much, I work for myself now. I am self employed and have been a professional hairstylist since 2014, it can be busy, but with this covid 19 drama we are having it's been rough all around, so I wont complain about that, because god knows we have heard enough about covid 19...so that is as far as I will go on that subject! Feel free to comment your frustrations about it here tho, vent it out as you feel fit!

My son is now 20 years old. Yes I do feel old now, I just turned 42 in October! HAHA

How do you get more traffic online?

I have googled and a lot of the way involve purchasing this or that and paying for ads everywhere etc.

I want to start doing more with my facebook page, posting more makeup videos and looks and possibly way more hair stuff because... well I do that for a living lol so why not right?

I honestly don't know how or why I stopped posting here, it's not like I didn't enjoy blogging, I actually do enjoy it!

I stopped all those direct sales rep things I was posting on here, I lost money and didn't really gain anything except a horde makeup and health shakes I have yet to get rid of 🤣 I did give some makeup away though so I am not overflowing in that anymore. My advise is, do not join a direct sales company at all, unless you know you have buyers before you spend your hard earned $$ on it before hand...get your chickens before you start counting your eggs! 😜

I have placed a affiliate link below to a nice little sample bag, it's inexpensive and has some well known high end product samples! I would get a very small percentage of commission on the sale, so I would appreciate the support!

Thanks for reading, I really hope I get back at this, I do enjoy blogging, and sometimes the odd rant here and there wont hurt either!

Long time, no Blogging!

Wow I can't believe it has been so long since I last blogged, I thought it was a shorter time frame then that!
I am feeling bloggers regret for neglecting this! I remember this being one of my most favorite places to be! It was a great place to vent, motivate others and just post random stuff I felt like opening up about!
I have been busy though! I have had a few different jobs these past (almost) two years, all doing hair of course, "Never give up on your passions and desired dreams!", I really love it and feel that I have come so far and have learned so much. It's kind of like how you feel when you create something, you get in a zone, and it's kind of like therapy when you create something you are very pleased with, and the bonus is when your subject(client) of creation is very happy and satisfied. It's very rewarding if you do someone's hair and you love how it turned out and when they look in the mirror and smile and love what you have done and it gives them a burst of confidence!

Love those smiles that they can't hold back!!!😊

It's so much more then I ever imagined it to be.

I wanted to give you all an update, share some social media links, and maybe a little quote or message!

I have added some new links to my G+
I will add them here below as well, for those who don't want to leave this place too many times.

Monday's motives...Love yourself

I know, I know, it has been so very long! But I have some motives for Monday! My motive is to motivate! I didn't want to Title this blog post as "Motivational Monday or Monday's Motivation". Because it's always what is put as a title.
I want to motivate you all, and that is my motive!

Do you feel depressed? I know we all have our moments where we feel depressed, and if you don't, you are one lucky soul!

Sometimes we don't even know why we are depressed! And sometimes finding "why" we are so depressed can make us even more depressed and wondering or thinking what wrong with us for it!

And sometimes we know why, but we keep telling ourselves it's something else. It's unwise to lie to yourself, I have learned that through time. Sometimes I feel other people's pain, and end up in tears, I used to wonder what was wrong with me when this would happen...Until I started noticing more of what was happening around me that I put the pieces together.

Everyone makes mistakes, don't beat yourself up over them, don't let those types of thoughts drown or consume you!

Let yourself go through the emotions, do what you feel you need to do to help you get passed whatever you might be going through. If you want change, please don't be afraid to keep going until you are who you want to be! You can be your own enemy, OR you can be your own hero, and make yourself do what you need to, to get through and overcome the depression, to find your soul, and your true happiness! Trust, you will know when that day comes, because looking back won't be as painful, it will only be a reflection filled with relief!

Sometimes I feel
And other times I say
To stay positive I tell myself (no matter how long it takes)
And always remember

The most important thing I can ask, is that you never ever give up on yourself!
Love is where ever you will allow yourself to see it!
Signing off with many prayers and blessings!
