Monday's motivation Feb/15/2021 - 7 Motivations

 Hello everyone!

Happy Monday!

Now I know a lot of people don't care for Monday's and I believe that is why we have to say Motivational Monday! We all need some motivation at some points in our daily life, and Monday is the best day to make an affirmation/positive quote! Here is a list of quotes I tell myself on the days where I am feeling not so inspired, and or motivated.

#1 and most import "You are worth it!"

#2 "Be proud of yourself!"

#3 "Smile today, and look happy!"

#4 "You've got this covered!"

#5 "Everything is falling positively into place!"

#6 "it's okay to be different!"

#7 "Today is a brand new day!"

Have a great day, I hope you have a great week and that these quotes I use help you as well!

Thankful Thursday...May

So summer is just around the corner and I am so grateful for that! I am happy to not have to wear a big out bulky winter jacket and big heavy boots. It's an exciting thought, to have summer almost here, after what seemed like a winter that wasn't going to end here in Canada!

Here are some great quotes I would like to share to inspire and show my gratitude!

I hope you're having a wonderful week! Thanks so much for visiting and please feel free to leave comments if any of my quotes have helped and inspired your life in any way!
As always, believe in yourself and never give up!

Thankful Thursday!

Thanks to those who take the time to read this long winded blog post. This isn't about anyone in particular!

Life and Time!

What are you doing with them? Are you happy? Are you ever happy?

Some people invest their lives trying to be happy, but forget to think about what they are doing that is causing their unhappiness and are blaming and or taking it out on others! I see happy people everyday, some of them don't have their dream job, some just make the most of it and not worry about what they do as being a cause for their unhappiness.

If you're truly unhappy, I believe a long time of self reflection is necessary, in order to find the cause. Others CAN NOT do that for you!!! I'm not saying this to be a smart -a$$ I'm speaking from experience, and with that being said, I don't try to manipulate others to make them feel bad for their choices! I try my best to keep others positive, to keep motivated to find what makes them happy rather than dwelling on it! No matter how I feel myself.

Things I did to make myself feel better and it didn't happen overnight:
  • I looked for things I liked to do
  1. found books that peeked my interests
  2. taught myself how to do new things (the things I was interested in like drawing, painting, become better with my words, etc)
  3. research other hobbies I might like to try (wired jewelry, scrap-booking)
  • Go back to school; finish that, so I could go to another school of my choice, so I could enter "that" career field! (Hairstyling)
  • Look for daily motivations (I actually started with this)
  1. The daily motivations changed my life for the better
  2. Daily affirmations can change your thought process if you keep them there daily, and stick with it!
  • Stop trying to make others feel guilty/bad for how you're feeling! That isn't a way to make yourself feel better in the long run. Everyone has their own problems, you want to tell someone? Get counseling, It helps too!
  • Go for a long jog/walk, for meditative self reflecting thoughts in nature!!
  1. it's good for your health(mental, physical, and emotional)
  2. it brings peace of mind
  • Stretch out your spare time wisely!
  1. don't waste it dwelling on how you feel all day dragging it on and on, repeating something you don't like or telling yourself over and over again how depressed and unhappy you are, it ISN'T going to make it go away, it will only prolong it and make you feel worse (again speaking from experience!!!)
  2. Look for enjoyable things to do! (Find activities for you and your spouse and or children to do outside of the home) Don't have time? I don't believe you! That's you making excuses for yourself. How do I know? I have done it plenty of times myself. Find the time...Period. Quit your whining about it! Worse things have happened in this world!!
So I am going through some things right now, but instead of trying to make others feel bad for me, I am just living life and going with it! I don't like to allow myself to dwell anymore, because I already know how that will pan out! I've already been there and done that.

So what am I thankful for? For years of affirmations, years of self reflection(when I needed it most), years of trying to help others and for those grateful ones who appreciated it!

I'm thankful I have a roof over my head, food in my refrigerator and cupboards, for being born with sight and hearing, and having hands and feet and being able to walk (because I know others aren't as lucky to be blessed with such things).

I'm grateful for my parents, who taught me how to be grateful for everything I have, because I could have less(and I know what that's like)! I'm grateful to be able to help others and tell them how they could help themselves become happier(but I wont stick around and tolerate/take their anger, when I'm trying to help them), or help them find/with the resources to help themselves!

So PLEASE, before you criticize others, when they've only been nice and helpful to you, STOP yourself and self reflect and ask yourself WHY you're doing that! And for those offered help, please just say you don't want help in a nice manner, and stop being such an a-hole! That's not the way to make/keep friends. Overly uptight people are no fun to be around and make others feel bad (whether they know it or not), please just relax and let things be!

Thanks to those who took the time to read this long winded blog post in full today, and I really hope it's helped you in some positive way! There is always something to be thankful for.

As always, stay positive, believe in yourself and your ability to progress positively in the happier direction!

I know it has been a long time!

I am still alive and kicking! ;)
I'm here to let you all know, things are getting much better. I finished hair school, graduated! Yay me!!
I haven't blogged about anything in so long! I would like to start blogging once in a while, but I've run out of things to give advice about personally!
I would like to say, never give up and if it's super hard; usually, that is the one thing that is worth while to fight your hardest for!
I love this quote! I have it on my facebook as well!

And I like to rotate all three of these images on my facebook, to keep me(and others) motivated and focused as a reminder of how far I have come and keep me on track with my goals in life! I finally know what happiness feels like! If these images are helpful or empowering to you, please feel free to save them and look at them when you feel you need it most!
And as time goes on I always remind myself of this! Because it is so very true. :)
Have a great week ahead and enjoy the rest of your summer!

Happy Labour Day!!

I'm Canadian and today it is Labour Day!
I'd like to send out a Happy one to everyone celebrating today and I hope you all enjoy your day off as well as the weekend that has just passed.

I'm not sure what else to add today, I have been researching for when I do start school so I don't feel so new to the subjects and will have a little bit background knowledge. I don't want to go in too overwhelmed with all the information that I am going to have to learn, and process.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and have a wonderful Labour Day!

Summer fun and beach time! My child.

Hi everyone, I know I said I would post about my boy yesterday, but I was a bit upset...as you can probably tell from my last blog post.

So here we are I have a few pictures to share, of my child and his fun times at the beach!
This was his first time with the floating device. As you can see, not wet yet lol
 2

relaxing and enjoying his floating device :)

A few days later, he got out because he was getting cold...about 10 mins later he jumped back in again!

I was in too, but I we didn't have anyone we knew around to take the pictures for us together. So I took this close up while standing in the water, put my camera back and swam with him! We had a lot of fun at the beach!

Hope your weekend was great

Saturdays sadness...Sorry being dramatic today.

Hello all,
I'm just going to vent today, sorry I'm seeming like a drama queen here.
I've been hurt in the past, sexually abused as a child(By family members no less), bullied at school as well by family members.
But I forgave, it's not easy to forget. I've put people out of my life, and I have stuck up for myself when I knew no one else would. I have spoke my mind to show I wouldn't back down to their hurt and lies.

But you know, it's not easy "pretending" like it doesn't hurt me. I may throw back words to defend myself, but it doesn't mean I'm not hurt...It's a defense mechanism, that has been strengthened over time.

In time, I only wish for my life to stay getting better and for happiness to find me safe and sound.
Blessings everyone.

Where I have been...Beach, swims and enjoying the summer!

I figured, last summer was wasted a lot; mostly in doors, when I really wanted to be out in the air, as well as out and about. I know the summer holds so much activities and you can just do so much!

They have summer festivities in the main city area, there are beaches on every corner as well as in the center of it all! There is just so much to do and so much energy and excitement that I don't want to be stuck inside! I did that last summer and regretted not going to the beach, swimming, tanning and having my child enjoy himself with other kids he meets at the beach! He has been enjoying himself and THAT GIVES ME JOY WITHIN!

I'm almost back to my body before having any babies, so it is a bit of a confidence boost! I was last year too, but I wasted a lot of time INSIDE, when I wanted to be out and about! I mean, I don't really regret some of last summer, but I never did much. I was seeing someone, but we didn't go anywhere! We stayed cooped up in a very hot and hard to breath environment... "I hated it really."

This summer, there is just me and my boy and we are having a not so bad summer so far. I even am getting some tanning done, and last year I didn't wear anything to reveal too much skin so...there was a lot that needed some color lol I was starting to look pasty and whiter than white.

Anyways I just wanted to let you all know what I have been doing and where I have been! Sometimes I wish we had some friends to be there with us.

Have a great day everyone and I hope your week has been filled with blessings of love and happiness...as well as FUN and EXCITEMENT!

PS- Lets try to help and teach others to turn "Negatives into Positives!" for a better more peaceful future!

Bless you all

I love helping people...

I'm not rich so I don't help people with money, BUT if I could I definitely would!
So I try my best to bring positive thoughts in them. I like to open their mind to see what is important and what they have told me, I show them in such a way that they actually realize I wasn't who told them those good things about themselves...they told me, I just brought their words out to them so that they could see, that they do care more about themselves, more than they realized.

I like to say, "Look to the bright side of things" or "Turn those negatives into positives", and life seems less depressing that way for them. I give examples, of why they should appreciate their lives and what they do have. I remind them that, someone somewhere, has it worse and that they should be grateful. I try to teach these things to my child as well but he is still too young to understand and care about such things right now. He also has aspergers syndrome, so it's a bit harder to comprehend such things for him right now. I do hope that in the future, he will see.

Some people have called me selfish and self centered...Those are the kinds of people, I try my best to avoid...Not because they are right, or that I think they are right, but because I know they are just saying it to hurt me and in the past it did bother me, but I know myself more now, and I know what they say about me is not true.

Sadly there are people in this world who try their best to hurt others in order to get some kind of thrill out of knowing they hurt you. This was my main reason for posting about "Letting go", because even though we care so much, it's harder staying within their life. I know I cry more about these things, than they do. And that is what makes it easier to stay away. I don't like crying, because my tears were caused just to please themselves. So just let go of those who only hurt you, to please themselves...NOT because you don't care (because you know you do!), but because they do their best to show you, they don't!

So now, I want to say something..."just because others don't 'see' you helping others, it does not mean that you aren't" And truthfully, I like helping others because know I helping others (in the best ways I can), makes me feel good...And I don't brag about it, because I am not doing it to prove a point, I do it because it feels good!

I hope everyone has a great weekend, and for those of you hurting or feeling depressed or even putting yourself down..Please don't! Keep your head up, make a list of all the things you like about yourself...and DO NOT make a list of dislikes!

Here are some Life Inspirational quotes!

Hello everyone!
I really am liking posting quotes between opinionated posts lately!

So here are a few quotes I'd like to share with you all today and I hope it helps someone if nor more than one person!

Dost thou love life?
Then do not squander time,
for that is the stuff life is made of.
Benjamin Franklin

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.
Helen Keller

Life is like a game of cards. The hand that is dealt you represents determinism; the way you play it is free will.
Jawaharal Nehru

Life is like the dice that, falling, still show a different face. So life, though it remains the same, is always presenting different aspects.
Alexis

Our life's a stage, a comedy: either learn to play and take it lightly, or bear its troubles patiently.
Palladas

I wish you all the best and my wish is for EVERYONE to have a wonderful week and glorious fun filled summer!

Blessings to all

Sometimes we need to let go...

Sometimes we have people in our lives that we love very much. Even those who are family can be harmful to our health. And no matter how much we love them, if they keep on hurting us in different ways, we have to let them go there ways and we have to go ours.

I am choosing this topic, because I know how it feels to be hurt by those I love very dearly. For some of them, do not realize how much has been done for them and given to them out of the kindness of ones heart. Some of us would give the shirt off of our own backs, just so they do not stay cold, even when we are cold. I'm the kind of person, if someone does this for me...I am grateful and feel a little guilty knowing they are cold, but would do this for me to make me warm(I have had this done to me). I have done this for people I love, and was given ungrateful hurt feelings instead.  And than called selfish after saying no because I I didn't have it to give.

This is why I let some people go, I still love them, and miss them, but because I care for myself as well...I keep them at a distance, sadly I do not talk to or associate myself with these people anymore. I have given to others when I didn't have it to give, because I cared. And to have them not care back, or give me something, or help me in some way, for them to treat me as if I am the one who is ungrateful.

Having those kinds of people who use you, manipulate you and offer kindness just to use it as a means to throw in your face, is just grief and sorrow to ones heart. It's heartbreak to have people you love "Build on to happiness, just to stomp on it afterwards." ...Why build something if you are going to destroy it? That is what sandcastles are for.
"I refuse, to be used...anymore!"

There are so many things in history, that are still standing today, because of people's appreciation for them. Feelings should be treated this way, not as sandcastles, that will be destroyed by crashing waves or big feet.

Why must some people fight, to get along? I never quite understood that. I dislike fighting, and if I can avoid it, I do. I always stand up for what I believe in, so don't get me wrong, I just mean, I don't like unnecessary arguments, that only escalate to hurt feelings which end up with feelings of regret because words are spoken that we really did not mean...or who knows, maybe "they" mean them.?...

So much in life gets carried away, from fighting, from wars, from jealousy because they think someone's better than them or having more, or whatever. WHY? Why worry about those small things, when those small things create such huge destruction and or pain? It's exhausting, it's painful, it's even devastating and even sometimes lives are taken. There is just so much grief at times that we must TRY OUR BEST, to see things from a brighter side of things, where some of us open our eyes and actually have to force ourselves to be optimistic in order to cope, live and be happy. In order for our lives to get better and change because we are just tired of those ways.

I wish others would open their eyes and actually see that their life isn't as bad as it use to be and see that it is better and happier, but they are stuck on thoughts of yesterdays...

Sorry if this seems a bit off, but there are times I must share things in order for others to look ahead and to look up and see the brighter side of what IS THERE instead of seeing what was there!

Please put the past behind you, see NOW IS BETTER, and have peace and LET GO OF PAST GRIEVING'S!
Love and beauty is in everything, and is everywhere, if you just let go of then and see now. Enjoy what is there and better these days, because the bad that was then is gone!

Here are some motivational quotes...because I'm just feeling a bit unmotivated myself!

Hello everyone I am not feeling so motivated lately, so I thought I would make another quote post! Here are some great quotes I have found! Have a great day!

A creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others.
Ayn Rand

Achievement of your happiness is the only moral purpose of your life, and that happiness, not pain or mindless self-indulgence, is the proof of your moral integrity, since it is the proof and the result of your loyalty to the achievement of your values.

To achieve, you need thought. You have to know what you are doing and that's real power.

Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.
William James

Always do your best. What you plant now, you will harvest later.
Og Mandino

Be thine own palace, or the world's thy jail.
John Donne
